О кадровых проблемах в казахстанской системе образования корреспонденту  NUR.KZ рассказал  Председатель правления Университета КАЗГЮУ имени М.С. Нарикбаева Талгат Нарикбаев.

         Кадры решают все! Подготовка специалистов должна быть в приоритете. То есть профессия преподавателя в высших учебных заведениях должна стать престижной. Тогда и у молодежи появится желание быть преподавателями, идти в науку. Говоря о проблемах, Талгат Нарикбаев отметил, что в стране слишком мало говорят о частных университетах.

         «На первый план всегда выводятся национальные, государственные вузы. Но и там своих проблем достаточно, а уровень некоторых не лучше, чем в частных. Многие частные вузы уже давно успешно обучают по западным образцам. Почему бы не ставить такие вузы в пример для других университетов, в том числе государственных. Говорить о них больше, говорить, что они реально лучшие. Наоборот, нужно показывать людям и обществу: «есть такие вузы в Казахстане, оставайтесь здесь, не надо ехать в Россию или за рубеж», - рассказал он.

         Как он отмечает, у Казахстана определенно есть проблемы в сфере образования, да и МОН РК этого совсем не отрицает. Одной из больших проблем называют сам профессорско-преподавательский состав.

         «Недавно министр образования и науки РК Асхат Аймагамбетов в своем посте в Facebook заявил, что нужно срочно повысить заработную плату в подведомственных университетах и сделать минимальную заработную плату 200 тысяч тенге. При этом он сказал, что средняя заработная плата в одном из ведущих государственных университетов страны — 110 тысяч тенге на сегодняшний день. Он сейчас ставит задачу повысить минимально для профессора — 450 тысяч тенге. То есть это говорит о том, что качество профессорско-преподавательского состава оставляет желать лучшего. Потому что хороший специалист не придет в университет работать за 110 тысяч тенге. Поэтому сейчас государство поднимает и ставит задачу повышения заработной платы для государственных и национальных вузов. Таким образом, можно будет привлечь уже более качественных специалистов», - отметил Талгат Нарикбаев.
