В Казахстане проведут ревизию всех детских госучреждений

Заместитель Премьер-Министра - министр труда и социальной защиты населения Тамара Дуйсенова провела совещание с участием центральных и местных исполнительных органов по вопросам, поднимаемым Уполномоченным по правам ребенка Динарой Закиевой.

Вице-премьер подчеркнула важность единого подхода и координации совместной работы государственных органов с Уполномоченным по правам ребенка.

По каждому предложению Д.Закиевой заместителем Премьер-Министра даны конкретные поручения госорганам.

Вопросы координации работы по охвату семей всесторонней помощью поручено закрепить за органами занятости и социальных программ.

Министерству внутренних дел совместно с госорганами и акиматами поручено проработать законодательное закрепление работы мобильных групп для раннего выявления семей, находящихся в неблагополучной ситуации.

Созданием Единого государственного контакт-центра для оказания помощи по вопросам семьи, женщин и детей будет заниматься Министерство цифрового развития, инноваций и аэрокосмической промышленности.

Также вице-премьер поручила министерствам просвещения, труда и социальной защиты населения, здравоохранения, культуры и спорта совместно с акиматами и Уполномоченным по правам ребенка провести ревизию всех государственных организаций для детей (реабилитационных центров, интернатов, детских лагерей и т.д.) для их поэтапного ремонта, обновления материально-технической базы.

Вопросы выдачи жилья в областных центрах детям-сиротам и детям, оставшимся без попечения родителей, Т. Дуйсенова поручила проработать министерствам индустрии и инфраструктурного развития, просвещения совместно с акиматами областей.

Тамара Дуйсенова поручила уделить особое внимание обеспечению безопасности детей. В связи с последней трагедией в Туркестанской области акиматам совместно с Министерством внутренних дел поручено создать базу данных по ресоциализации лиц, высвобождаемых из мест заключения.
