Изменения и дополнения в Конституционный закон Республики Казахстан «О судебной системе и статусе судей Республики Казахстан

В Алматинском районном суде города Астаны проведена разъяснительная работа на тему: «Изменения и дополнения в Конституционный закон Республики Казахстан «О судебной системе и статусе судей Республики Казахстан».

В мероприятии приняли участие и.о. председателя Алматинского районного суда М.Касымова, судьи и специалисты суда.

Судья М.Касымова разъяснила, что изменения и дополнения внесли в пункты 1), 3-1) и 5) статьи 29 «О судебной системе и статусе судей Республики Казахстан». Была разработана сравнительная таблица между старой и измененной редакцией закона.

«Проект Конституционного закона направлен на усиление независимости судей, совершенствование процедуры конкурсного отбора кандидатов на судейские должности, усиление роли общественности при отборе кандидатов на судейские должности, повышение роли и значение кадрового резерва»- отметила судья.

Изменения и дополнения в закон были обсуждены участниками мероприятия.
