Сегодня в рамках проекта #ANTIKOR.LIVE на площадке «ANTIKOR ORTALYǴY» исполняющий обязанности руководителя Департамента по защите прав потребителей города Нур-Султан Майя Алданаева и специалист Асем Абуова провели онлайн диалог на тему «О единой информационной платформе приёма обращений по защите прав потребителей».

 В прямом эфире Майя Алданаева рассказала о работе платформы, основной задачей которой являются обработка и регистрация обращений.

Данная платформа разработана для автоматизации процессов принятия и обработки жалоб от потребителей, представителей бизнеса и государственных органов. Система является единым окном подачи обращений и контроля их рассмотрением. 

Со слов Асем Абуовой «Для подачи обращения или жалобы на некачественный товар или организацию, необходимо найти юридическое лицо на платформе, заполнить заявку и после чего заявка будет зарегистрирована в системе обработки и мониторинга. Обращение или жалоба будет рассмотрена уполномоченным государственными органами либо непосредственно объектом жалобы.

По данным ведовства ежегодно в Казахстане происходит более 20 тыс. нарушений прав потребителей. Всего 13% граждан Республики Казахстан знают свои потребительские права. Только 10-15% нарушений фиксируется и по ним принимаются меры госорганами.

         Единая информационная система по защите прав потребителей повысит качество жизни потребителей и улучшит рыночную ситуацию.   Платформа повысит грамотность граждан в вопросе защиты прав потребителей.
