В нем приняли участие представители не только государственных органов, но и иных субъектов, наделенные полномочиями в области государственного управления.

Судья Шынар Шайдиева в своем выступлении, особо отметив задачи и принципы административной юстиции, подробно остановилась на порядке рассмотрения дел вышеуказанной категории.

Со слов спикера, публично-правовые споры исключаются из плоскости граж­данского судопроизводства и будут рассматриваться по правилам АППК с 1 июля текущего года. Нормы АППК в первую очередь касаются таких сфер, как оказание государственных услуг, обеспечение государственного контроля и надзора, разрешительные и уведомительные процедуры, их оспаривание и другие важные моменты.

Главной отличительной чертой нового вида судопроизводства будет принцип активной роли суда. Кроме того Кодексом внедряется и обязательное досудебное обжалование, за исключением отдельных категорий споров (например, налоговые, таможенные споры), где предусмот­рен особый порядок обжалования решений указанных органов.

Тема мероприятия вызвала большой интерес у онлайн аудитории, было задано много вопросов, на которые были даны исчерпывающие ответы.

I do not know if it's just me or if perhaps everybody else encountering problems
