Рассмотрен законопроект о ратификации Протокола о перераспределении таможенных пошлин в ЕАЭС

На расширенном заседании Комитета по экономической политике, инновационному развитию и предпринимательству Сената Парламента рассмотрен проект Закона «О ратификации Протокола о применении отдельных положений Договора о присоединении Кыргызской Республики к Договору о Евразийском экономическом союзе от 29 мая 2014 года, подписанного 23 декабря 2014 г.»

Основной целью законопроекта является обеспечение равного подхода к распределению пошлин государствами ЕАЭС и пересмотр нормативов распределения сумм ввозных таможенных пошлин для стран-участниц. Ратификация Протокола позволит обеспечить равный подход и стабильное зачисление пошлин в бюджеты государств ЕАЭС.

Законопроект передан на рассмотрение Палаты.
