Прокуратурой города Астаны выявлены факты хищения денежных средств бывшими частными судебными исполнителями

Как сообщил официальный представитель Генеральной прокуратуры Дархан Дүйсембай, двое судебных исполнителей, несмотря на прекращение деятельности, на протяжении полугода распоряжались денежными средствами, предназначенными для уплаты алиментов 87 детей.

К примеру, частным судоисполнителем присваивались алименты двоих воспитанников детского дома, перечисляемые их отцом-инвалидом 2-ой группы из получаемых средств социальных пособий.

Другой частный судебный исполнитель снял с банковского счета деньги умершего плательщика алиментов и потратил их.

Всего они похитили 5 млн. тенге.

После вмешательства прокуроров уже 34 детям погашен ущерб, работа по остальным продолжается.

По фактам мошенничества и злоупотребления полномочиями проводится досудебное расследование.
