В субботний день, 3 октября около 15.00 часов женщина с 8-летним мальчиком стояли на остановке по улице Сатпаева. В момент, когда мама отвлеклась на минутку, мальчик забежал в открытую дверь подъехавшего маршрутного автобуса № 31 и уехал. Взволнованная и испуганная мама сразу позвонила в полицию. При отработке района инспекторами видеонаблюдения Центра оперативного управления был установлен автобус, который двигался в сторону вокзала и переданы ориентировки автопатрулю.

Подъехавшими сотрудниками Полка патрульной полиции ДП г. Нур-Султана на остановке «Дәулет» в автобусе был обнаружен мальчик, который спал на заднем сиденье. Благодаря оперативным и слаженным действиям ребенок  был благополучно найден и возвращён родителям.

Мама мальчика благодарит сотрудников полиции за оказанную помощь в поиске ее ребенка.
