В Петропавловске зарегистрировано три кражи вещей из одного магазина

В Петропавловске в одном из магазинов зарегистрировано три факта кражи вещей.  Оперативниками городского Управления полиции задержана 25-летняя горожанка, которая дважды «отоварилась» в отделе вещей без денег. В начале марта полицейские задержали ее при попытке продать украденные куртки, которые она вынесли из магазина. Вещи были изъяты и возвращены владельцам. Спустя три недели горожанка вернулась в этот же магазин и по той же схеме присвоила вещи на сумму более 20 тысяч тенге...       

19-летний житель областного центра придумал другой способ. В этом же магазине он примерил несколько вещей, оторвал чипы, оставил их в примерочной. Сверху новых вещей надев свою куртку, он вышел из помещения.  Молодой человек был задержан.

         Владелец магазина обратился в полицию с заявлением. Оба подозреваемых задержаны. По фактам мелких хищений были начаты досудебные расследования. В двух случаях суммы ущерба были восстановлены, стороны примирились.  Статьей 187 Уголовного Кодекса РК предусмотрена ответственность в виде штрафа до 80 месячных расчетных показателей, общественных работ до 80 часов либо ареста до 20 суток.
