Полицейские Астаны предотвратили падение малолетнего ребенка с балкона десятого этажа

Сотрудники Полка дорожно-патрульной полиции Местной полицейской службы Департамента внутренних дел г. Астаны младший лейтенант полиции Каиржан Куттыбаев и старший сержант полиции Максим Вершинин предотвратили падение с десятого этажа 5-летнего мальчика.

Вчера, около 16.00 часов на пульт Центра оперативного управления ДВД г. Астаны поступил вызов от жильцов дома, о том что с балкона 10 этажа по ул. Тлендиева громко плачет малыш, рискуя сорваться вниз.

Незамедлительно прибывший наряд Полка ДПП МПС, оценив опасную для жизни обстановку, уговорили малыша зайти внутрь. Затем не теряя ни минуты, они поднялись наверх и через дверь вели разговор с мальчиком, успокаивая его.

К этому времени подошел родственник мальчика, который оставил 5-ти летнего ребенка одного дома, а сам с 3-х летним малышом вышел в магазин, при этом оставив дверь балкона открытой. По словам 30-летнего родственника он присматривал за детьми пока родители находились на работе.

Сотрудники полиции провели профилактическую беседу с родителями об опасности оставления детей без присмотра. Кроме того, провели инструктаж по укреплению окон специальными защитными приспособлениями.
