Правительство для граждан и Halyk Bank запустили электронный сервис по снятию залога

Государственная корпорация «Правительство для граждан» совместно с Halyk Bank запустила процесс снятия недвижимого залогового имущества с применением технологии blockchain. Теперь клиенты банка могут снять с залога свою недвижимость без обращения в ЦОНы.

  Клиенты Halyk Bank теперь могут снять залог со своего недвижимого имущества без обращения в ЦОНы. Это стало возможным благодаря применению технологии blockchain.

«Заявку на снятие залога клиенты могут оформить прямо в мобильном приложении «Halyk Homebank», там же реализована возможность электронной оплаты заказа и получения готового результата. Использование сервиса сокращает время ожидания результата с трех дней до нескольких минут, освобождает клиентов от сбора бумаг и обращения в ЦОНы» - отметил Заместитель Председателя Правления Госкорпорации Асхат Ибраев. 

К слову, благодаря технологии blockchain также исключается физический контакт граждан с сотрудниками ЦОНа, что обеспечивает защиту данных от передачи третьим лицам.

Отмечается, что услуга по регистрации прекращения обременения на недвижимое имущество – одна из самых востребованных среди казахстанцев. За 9 месяцев текущего года через обращения в ЦОНы было прекращено 108 341 залог.                             

Ранее в июле текущего года такой же сервис был запущен между Госкорпорацией и «Отбасы банком». С момента запуска с помощью сервиса прекращено около 600 залогов.

Напоминаем, в рамках сотрудничества Госкорпорации с банками второго уровня, граждане могут прописаться по месту жительства, переоформить автомобиль, зарегистрировать ИП, заменить водительские права, получить государственные социальные пособия, свидетельство о рождениии и другие необходимые документы, не выходя из дома.
