Астана, 3 октября 2024 года – В этот день 15 лет назад в г. Нахичевань подписано соглашение о создании Совета сотрудничества тюркоязычных государств, который позже был преобразован в Организацию тюркских государств (ОТГ).

За относительно короткий по историческим меркам путь ОТГ удалось заявить о себе, как о полноправном и авторитетном субъекте международных отношений, стремящимся внести свой вклад в укрепление мира и устойчивое развитие.

Тюркская интеграция охватывает широкий спектр сотрудничества, начиная с транзитно-транспортных вопросов, экономики, экологии, науки, образования, искусства, туризма, спорта и заканчивая внушительным гуманитарным блоком.

Казахстан является инициатором и одним из государств-основателей ОТГ, развивающим интеграцию в рамках её деятельности.

Об этом свидетельствует программа председательства Казахстана в ОТГ в текущем году, принятая под девизом «TURKTIME!», которая включает восемь приоритетов, направленных на укрепление единства и взаимодействия тюркских стран.
