Уголовное дело по фактам интернет-мошенничества направлено в суд

При координации прокуратуры столицы правоохранительными органами пресечена деятельность группы «дроперов», оказывавших содействие злоумышленникам, действовавшим за пределами Республики Казахстан.

Установлено, что с 5 по 7 февраля 2025 года мошенники, находясь за границей, организовали «Call-центр» и используя IP-телефонию, звонили гражданам Казахстана. Представляясь сотрудниками госорганов, они вводили людей в заблуждение, сообщая о якобы подозрительных транзакциях и убеждали перевести деньги на «безопасные» счета Национального банка.

Для вывода средств были привлечены четверо граждан Казахстана, включая несовершеннолетних. Двое из них искали банковские карты, оформленные на других лиц за вознаграждение. Один участник забирал карты, другой обналичивал деньги через банкоматы. Наличные средства передавались кураторам, которые по указанию организаторов переводили их на счета криптовалютных обменников.

Жертвами схемы стали 7 человек, материальный ущерб превысил 5,5 млн тенге.

Все обвиняемые преданы суду.

Прокуратура города Астаны напоминает, что за совершение мошенничества — то есть хищение чужого имущества или приобретение права на него путём обмана либо злоупотребления доверием предусмотрена уголовная ответственность до 10 лет лишения свободы с конфискацией имущества.
