Начальник ДП Жамбылской области провел прием граждан в онлайн-режиме.

Установление эффективной обратной связи с населением есть основа концепции «слышащего» государства, о которой говорил в своем Послании народу Казахстана Президент страны Касым-Жомарт Токаев.

Немаловажное внимание данному вопросу уделяют и в Департаменте полиции Жамбылской области. Сегодня начальник ДП Жамбылской области генерал-майор полиции Жанат Сулейменов провел встречу с гражданами. Выслушав наболевшие вопросы заявителей, дал соответствующим службам конкретные поручения. На приеме в основном поднимались аспекты расследования определенных уголовных дел. Все обращения заявителей взяты на его личный контроль.

Завершив прием, начальник Департамента полиции Жанат Сулейменов подчеркнул, что такие мероприятия будут носить регулярный характер, любой гражданин может получить разъяснения либо рассказать о проблеме непосредственно первому руководителю ведомства. Так произошло и на этот раз - люди получили квалифицированную помощь и уверенность в том, что в их проблеме разберутся объективно и тщательно.

Побывавшие на приеме, пусть и в онлайн-формате, таразцы выразили благодарность Жанату Сулейменову за профессионализм и ответственное отношение к их обращениям.
